Why eat better?

Eating better means enjoying your meals while taking care of your body. Eating is a source of pleasure but also builds your health. All the scientific studies say that eating well is fundamental to protect the body and be healthy!


The food and the activity

Having meals rich in flavours where some types of food are limited and others privileged while having a regular physical activity, helps you not to gain weight, to prevent high blood pressure, cholesterol, cardio vascular diseases, osteoporosis, type II diabetes and the development of several cancers.

The habits

Concerning food, there are several habits simple to put in practice for day to day feeding. Those habits allow you to enjoy your food while eating well. Of course staying between the lines everyday is not easy and you might sometime have little extras during parties, or when the fridge is empty but it is not important as long as you have good feeding habits the rest of the time.
