Registrant Agreement

I agree to the following as a condition of registering on the Move Movement

• I acknowledge that I participate in any activities to do with the Move Movement at my own risk. I will take all reasonable measures to protect myself from the risks of participation.
• I acknowledge that I am responsible for setting my own physical challenge, and any injury caused during or post challenge is at my own risk
• Westmead Medical Research Foundation does not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss of life or damage caused resulting from participation in the Move Movement. Westmead Medical Research Foundation provides you with a warning that, as a participant in any Move Movement activities, you are engaging in recreational activities which carry with them a risk of physical injury. Physical injuries can occur in a number of ways. You need to assess for yourself whether you wish to accept the risk of injury, loss or damage by participating in those activities. I accept all responsibility for travel and medical insurance and for payment and/or reimbursement of medical/surgical expenses incurred on my behalf.
• To the best of my knowledge, I am not suffering from a condition which would prevent and/or render me unfit or ineligible to participate in the Move Movement
• Registration fees cover a six month period from 1January 2010 to 30 June 2010.
• By registering on the Move Movement you agree to accept these above risks and waiver of liability by Westmead Medical Research Foundation.

User agreement

• I will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• I will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
• I will not upload viruses or malicious code.
• I must ensure that any content I upload onto the site (including photographs) is not obscene, offensive, defamatory or racist and does not breach any law or regulation or any intellectual property rights of a third party or any right or duty owed to a third party. This means that if any of the content you upload is copyright protected, you must obtain the copyright owner’s written permission in order to use it.
• Westmead Medical Research Foundation reserves the right to remove any material it deems inappropriate for public viewing.
• Westmead Medical Research Foundation reserves the right to remove any material that conflicts with the message of Move Movement.
• Westmead Medical Research Foundation reserves the right to remove a registrant or reject the registrant from participating in the Move Movement at its discretion.
• Please note that Westmead Medical Research Foundation does not provide refunds for donations given to the charity nor money raised through Move Movement.
• The Move Movement is an affiliated website of Westmead Medical Research Foundation.
• By supplying my personal information I agree to accept correspondence from Westmead Medical Research Foundation.

Users under 18 years old

It is an additional condition of use of the site that any person under the age of 18 using our fundraising services be appropriately supervised by an adult. Westmead Medical Research Foundation cannot accept any liability for activities conducted by unsupervised children under the age of 18 years..
