If you care about getting fit and healthy and want to lend your support to raising much needed funds for medical research and clinical care at Westmead, the Move Movement would love to have you. Here's how to get involved!

Selecting your Donation Cause let’s you decide which area of medical research you want your fundraising to support.
3. Set your personal challenge
Whether you want to fit into those old jeans, shed a few extra kilos, train to climb to the Everest basecamp or simply establish a good daily fitness routine – the Move Movement is the perfect partner for your health and fitness goals.
4. Set your fundraising donation goal
$300, $500, $1000 or more – how much do you want to contribute to lifesaving medical research and clinical care? Set a fundraising donation goal that feels right to you.
5. Setup your profile page
Personalise your Move Movement profile page. Upload your photograph, videos, photos links and share your story.
6. Spread the Word and start raising funds
